Even though I don’t go to school anymore, September always means a new start for me somehow (perhaps the start of 9 months when I don’t drown in my own sweat…). I have badly waited for autumn to come – a time when figs are finally ripe. So this is how this colourful fruit ended up on the September downloadable calendar.
